We allow all of our customers to trade in their original diamonds towards the purchase of a larger stone.

Unlike other diamond stores, we don’t have strict requirements on the condition of your diamond when you go to trade it in. All we ask is that you bring in your original invoice (if you are a previous customer) so that we can apply exactly what you paid toward your new diamond. The only thing you have to worry about paying for is the difference.

Does Your Trade-Up Policy Work for Diamonds That Were Not Purchased From The Diamond Broker?

The Diamond Broker will accept diamonds from other jewelers towards our trade-up policy. The difference is that instead of accepting papers from another jeweler, we do an appraisal of the diamond and then use that value towards the trade-in. This way, we ensure that you are getting a fair price for your diamond, and we get a better understanding of the quality and current state of your original diamond.
